Our costs are structured around the specific care your companion requires. Please use our website's scheduling form for further details. We serve Muskegon, Holland, Grand Haven, Manistee, and Ludington. Travel to other West Michigan towns may be possible, so please reach out to us regarding our current availability and specific travel arrangements.

How can we decide if it is the moment?

Choosing the right time is an intimate journey for every owner. Our team offers compassionate support by evaluating quality-of-life factors, striving to ensure your companion remains comfortable and respected always.

Are cremation and aftercare provided?

Absolutely. We coordinate respectful aftercare, including transport and your choice of private or communal cremation services. We take care of every logistics detail, allowing you to focus entirely on your family. 

Do you offer same day appointments?

We do not offer emergency or same-day services as our mission is to provide unhurried, peaceful care. We typically request ~3 days notice to ensure every visit is handled with the serenity your family deserves.

Can my children and other pets be present?

Yes. We help prepare children by using gentle, age-appropriate language to explain the process and encouraging their questions. Our team offers simple, meaningful ways for them to say goodbye while ensuring your family has the space to choose the path that feels most comfortable.

How do I pay and when is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of service. We take cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Please reach out for further payment information.
